Hope Counselling is a private counselling practice based in the centre of Hove.
I have been working in Sussex as a counsellor for over nine years. As well as experience of working with a number of issues including anxiety, depression, stress and relationship issues, I have also worked for many years with adult survivors of childhood abuse.
I have extensive experience of working with eating disorders including anorexia and obesity, both in a private consultancy basis and also with a NHS consultancy based capacity.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by their ethical framework for good practice.
