I am an integrative psychosynthesis counsellor in Brighton. I work well with people who are experiencing grief, trauma, obsessions, anxiety or depression.
I have worked extensively in education and the charity sector for over 10 years, and am very well suited to working with young people (age 16-28) who are struggling with issues such as identity, leaving home, addiction, depression or anxiety.
